Ladies of the Lake Foundation
The Ladies of the Lake Foundation, Inc. (LOLF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation governed by a board of trustees drawn from the Ladies of the Lake Garden Club membership. The Foundation’s mission is to provide financial support for the preservation and enhancement of public green spaces. Primary efforts focus on assuring the long-term health and vitality of the historic Duck Pond parks in the Peachtree Heights East neighborhood, which serve as a valued community resource for residents and visitors.
In addition, LOLF extends its support to other local green space projects and nonprofit organizations whose work aligns with our commitment to conservation, stewardship, and the protection of natural environments. Funding for these initiatives is generated through the biennial Garden Party, as well as through contributions to the Foundation’s Annual Giving Campaign. These efforts allow LOLF to sustain its grantmaking and conservation work on an ongoing basis.

Giving Campaign
The Ladies of the Lake Foundation (LOLF) serves as the fundraising arm for the Ladies of the Lake Garden Club and the Peachtree Heights East Neighborhood Association, united in their mission to maintain and preserve the Duck Pond Parks.
Philanthropic support is essential to sustain the parks for the benefit of all visitors and the wildlife that live in the parks. These historic green spaces provide both natural beauty and community connection, yet they are privately owned by the neighborhood and receive no funding from the City of Atlanta or other government entities.
While the biennial Garden Party provides significant funding, it occurs only once every two years. As such, contributions to the Annual Giving Campaign are vital to maintaining and protecting this community treasure year-round.
